Beginning Monday, August 28, 2017, the sidewalk in in front of the entrance and exit of the school parking lot will be closed to pedestrians during the peak morning Drop-off and afternoon Pick-up times. Pedestrians will need to use the crosswalks at Silver Creek and Oakbrook Drive and at Oakbrook Circle and Oakbrook Drive.  Please refer to the map below. We know it adds a few more steps but it is a safer route for our families.   Helpers will be out  there on Monday. Hopefully this is only temporary, and we can become safer because of it.  Thank you for your help! Oakbrook mapRead More →

Parents of Oakbrook, I write to you to today to ask for your help. We need your help now more than ever. With the end of this school year just 3 months away we are finding ourselves far beneath our fundraising goals. The Color Run was anticipated to be our BIG Fundraiser this year as it brought in $11,000 towards PTA funds last year. These funds go towards many things around the school like Chromebooks, PE Equipment, Classroom Supplies, paper, e…tc. Low funds for the PTA means a very low budget for the 2017-2018 school year. Unfortunately, with participation down 75% from last year weRead More →
